Executive Partnership Guide
Choose the level of strategic support your organization actually needs.
This guide explains when focused executive counsel is sufficient, when strategic readiness work is required, and where relationship development, introductions, and active market engagement begin.
One Question Determines the Right Path
Do you need advice—or do you need Dangel Strategic actively helping create external traction?
The engagement model changes when the work moves beyond internal counsel into readiness, stakeholder engagement, relationship development, introductions, and active opportunity advancement.
I Need Experienced Counsel
Advice, perspective, review, and decision support.
Choose this path when leadership needs an experienced sounding board, recurring strategic guidance, or review of plans and materials—but is not asking Dangel Strategic to activate external relationships.
I Need Growth, Access, or Relationships
Preparation, positioning, introductions, and external engagement.
Choose this path when the objective involves market entry, government or healthcare opportunities, partnerships, senior stakeholders, professional introductions, or direct support advancing an external opportunity.
$750/month → Strategic Advisory
$1,500/month Advice and internal decision support
$2,500+ → Relationship Development
$2,750/month → Market Activation
$4,000/month Preparation, access, and external traction
Organizations that have already completed equivalent readiness and positioning work with Dangel Strategic may enter at the phase that reflects their current level of preparation.
Strategic Readiness Sprint
Before relationships are activated, the organization must be ready to make the conversation matter.
The Sprint establishes the strategic foundation required for credible market engagement, productive introductions, and disciplined opportunity development.
Investment begins at $2,500
Organizations often believe the next step is simply getting in front of the right person. In practice, access creates value only when the organization can clearly articulate its offer, relevance, audience, objective, execution capacity, and desired next action.
The Strategic Readiness Sprint evaluates those conditions before Dangel Strategic commits professional credibility or relationships to an external engagement effort.
When an organization has already completed substantial readiness work with Dangel Strategic, the remaining Sprint scope may be narrowed, credited, or waived as part of a commitment to an appropriate relationship-development engagement.
When equivalent discovery, assessment, positioning, or planning work has already been completed with Dangel Strategic, the firm may credit completed components, narrow the remaining scope, or recommend direct entry into the phase that reflects the organization's current readiness.
Typical Sprint Scope
- Executive discovery and organizational assessment
- Offer, capability, and value-proposition review
- Market, opportunity, and stakeholder analysis
- Positioning, narrative, and communications refinement
- Capability-statement or presentation recommendations
- Priority stakeholder map and engagement sequence
- Meeting objectives, outreach narrative, and desired next actions
- Executive roadmap and presentation of findings
The Sprint may stand alone, serve as the foundation for an ongoing engagement, or be partially credited when substantive prior work has already established readiness.
Assess
Determine what is ready, what is unclear, and what could undermine credibility.
Position
Clarify the value proposition, narrative, target audience, and strategic objective.
Advance
Move into relationship development only after the organization can support a productive conversation.
Select the Required Level of Support
Advice, relationship development, and active market engagement require different levels of commitment.
Organizations may enter at the phase that reflects work already completed. Each level reserves a different degree of capacity, preparation, external involvement, and professional responsibility.

Introductions, meetings, partnerships, funding, procurement opportunities, contract awards, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
