Access & Inclusion
Accessibility Statement
Dangel Strategic is committed to providing a website experience that is usable and accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility is part of how we design, communicate, and improve.
Dangel Strategic seeks to make this website accessible to visitors with diverse visual, auditory, cognitive, neurological, speech, and mobility needs. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.
Our objective is to provide meaningful access to the information, navigation, forms, videos, downloads, and other features available through the website, while continuing to identify and address barriers.
We use recognized accessibility guidance to inform website decisions.
Dangel Strategic aims to design and maintain the website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably applicable to the website and its content.
Websites, browsers, devices, assistive technologies, embedded tools, and content change over time. Although we work to improve access, we cannot guarantee that every page, file, feature, or third-party element will be fully accessible in every configuration.
WCAG organizes accessibility guidance around four broad principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. These principles help guide our design and remediation decisions.
We consider accessibility across design, content, interaction, and maintenance.
Measures may include:
Structure & Navigation
Semantic headings, descriptive page titles, logical content order, visible focus states, skip-friendly structure, and consistent navigation.
Keyboard Access
Designing interactive elements so they can be reached and used without requiring a mouse where technically supported.
Visual Presentation
Readable typography, responsive layouts, sufficient color contrast, scalable text, and information that does not rely solely on color.
Images & Media
Alternative text for meaningful images, decorative-image handling, video controls, reduced-motion support, and captions or transcripts where appropriate and available.
Forms & Controls
Clear labels, understandable instructions, keyboard-accessible controls, error identification, and meaningful button and link text.
Testing & Review
Reviewing pages across screen sizes, browsers, keyboard navigation, automated checks, and selected assistive-technology scenarios.
Some content or functionality may not yet provide an ideal experience.
Despite our efforts, visitors may encounter accessibility barriers. Potential limitations may include:
- Older documents, files, or media that were not originally created with accessibility in mind
- Videos for which complete captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions are not yet available
- Third-party forms, scheduling tools, maps, analytics, embeds, or platform interfaces
- Complex visual content that may require additional text explanation
- Browser, device, operating-system, or assistive-technology compatibility differences
- Temporary issues introduced by software, theme, plugin, or content updates
We prioritize reported barriers based on impact, frequency, technical feasibility, available alternatives, and the importance of the affected content or function.
Some website features are provided by outside services.
The website may include or link to content and functionality operated by third parties, such as video players, scheduling tools, forms, maps, analytics services, social platforms, downloadable documents, or external websites.
Dangel Strategic does not control the accessibility of every third-party service. We consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services where reasonably possible and encourage providers to improve their products.
If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us so we can explore an alternative method of providing the relevant information or service.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide information another way.
If you cannot access information, complete a form, use a feature, or obtain a document because of an accessibility barrier, contact us and describe what you need.
Depending on the request and available resources, an alternative may include:
- Providing information in a different electronic format
- Sending a plain-text version of website content
- Providing a document with improved accessibility
- Explaining content by telephone, email, or virtual meeting
- Assisting with an inquiry or form through another communication method
We will seek to provide an effective alternative within a reasonable period based on the nature, complexity, and urgency of the request.
Tell us when something is difficult to access.
Accessibility feedback helps us identify barriers that automated testing or internal review may not reveal.
When reporting a barrier, please include as much of the following information as you are comfortable providing:
- The page address or title
- The content, form, document, video, or feature involved
- A brief description of the barrier
- The browser, device, or assistive technology being used, when relevant
- The format or assistance that would be most useful
- Your preferred way to receive a response
On the contact page, use the subject Accessibility Request. Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, classified, controlled, or privileged information unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure method has been arranged.
Accessibility work continues as the website changes.
Dangel Strategic may review accessibility through a combination of design standards, content procedures, automated evaluation, keyboard testing, responsive testing, manual review, user feedback, and selected assistive-technology checks.
New pages and major revisions are intended to follow the website’s accessibility practices. Existing content may be remediated as it is reviewed, updated, replaced, or identified as a barrier.
Accessibility considerations may also be included when evaluating new website plugins, embeds, forms, media, documents, and other third-party technology.
We may revise this statement as practices and technology evolve.
The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the statement was last materially updated. Updates may reflect website changes, accessibility improvements, new technologies, feedback, or changes in applicable guidance.
Questions about this statement may be submitted through the contact page using the subject Accessibility Request.
